How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold online through our ticket page. Click any “Buy Tickets” button to purchase.
How will I receive my ticket?
Tickets are delivered digitally by email after checkout. Please save your confirmation email for event check-in.
Will tickets sell out?
Tickets are limited and may sell out as the event approaches. Purchasing early is recommended.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Entry & Check-In
What do I need for check-in?
Bring your ticket confirmation email. A valid photo ID is recommended. Final check-in details will be shared closer to the event.
Can I re-enter if I leave?
Re-entry is allowed with an event wristband or stamp, if used.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable shoes are recommended. If you plan to make purchases, bringing a bag may be helpful. Please follow all posted venue and event rules.
Age Requirements
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. Daytime hours are intended to be family-friendly. Parents and guardians are responsible for minors at all times.
Bourbon tasting age rules
Bourbon tastings, if offered, are limited to guests age 21 and over. Valid ID may be required.
Are cigars age restricted?
Cigar-related products may be age restricted according to applicable law and venue rules. Please bring ID.
Can minors attend demos?
Yes, unless a specific vendor or demonstration area has additional restrictions. Please follow posted signage and staff instructions.

How do I become a vendor?
Vendor booths are reserved online. After purchase, exhibitor details, load-in information, and additional instructions will be provided.
What does a vendor booth include?
Vendor booths include standard exhibit space for display and customer interaction. Final details and any available add-ons will be included in the vendor packet.
Can vendors sell products onsite?
Vendors must comply with all event rules, venue requirements, and applicable laws. Additional onsite sales guidance will be provided to approved vendors.
Do you offer sponsorships for vendors?
Yes. Sponsorship packages offer added visibility through signage, marketing exposure, and premium placement opportunities.
