Guns At The Beach – Event Policies

These policies are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and compliant experience for all attendees, vendors, and staff. By attending the Guns At The Beach Expo, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines outlined below.


Firearm Sales and Transfers

Vendors may sell products onsite. All firearm sales must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms purchased at the event must be transferred in accordance with legal requirements. An onsite Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) will be available to assist out-of-state vendors and to facilitate compliant firearm transfers when required.

All background checks, waiting periods, and legal transfer requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.


Age Requirements

Guns At The Beach is a family-friendly event.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Attendees under the age of 21 are not permitted in designated bourbon tasting areas and may be required to present valid government-issued identification.

Event staff reserve the right to verify age where appropriate.


Bourbon Tasting Rules

Bourbon tastings are restricted to attendees 21 years of age or older.

Valid identification may be required to enter tasting areas. Wristbands or other identification markers may be used to identify eligible participants.

Attendees who appear intoxicated or who violate tasting area rules may be denied service and removed from the tasting area.

All alcohol service will comply with Delaware alcohol service laws and venue policies.


Event Security and Safety

For the safety of all guests, the event venue may employ security personnel and bag inspections.

All attendees, vendors, and staff must follow venue safety instructions and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Any individual engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior may be removed from the event without refund.

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who pose a safety risk to guests, vendors, or staff.


Vendor Compliance

All vendors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding product sales and transfers.

Firearms vendors must follow all ATF regulations and Delaware state requirements for firearm transactions.

Event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor who violates event rules, venue rules, or applicable laws.


Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, tickets may be honored for the rescheduled event date.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the event organizers.


Photography and Media

By attending the event, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and promotional media capture.

Photos and video taken during the event may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
